Honestly don't think they guy knows what he has. I've gotten some KILLER deals from him before, but I just don't have the funds for this one. Just figured I would post it here in case anyone is interested!

You bid on it? I almost for the hell of it threw $1k bid in, hoping to get lucky, but I figured it would go for more than that. I just CAN'T believe that the seller didn't even mention the word Tudor in his ad or title. He does this all the time. I got a gen Breitling from him a few months back in a lot with a Casio and a few Timex's for under $200, because he spelt Breitling, Preitling. Flipped it for $1500 the same day it came to me.

I try never to buy a pig in a poke, but greed does funny things! I had a snipe bid cued up for a whiff over a thousand, but it never even came into play.

Not as great a deal as with the Tudor Sub lot... Unless that Speedmaster has a Cal.321 inside.

And if that caseback is original, the odds are very good!

That makes sense. I actually might have bought this lot if I saw it before it ended. I really want a Speedmaster Chrono, but my Seiko 6139 "Speedmaster" Chrono will hold me over for now...

Darn it! if i had have seen this before it ended i would have tried to win it. The Tudor is easily worth the $1,635 in the right hands. I'm no Tudor guy but I beleive the blue dials are even more valuable.

I would have tried to win it for the Tudor, but the Glashutte in there would have offset the cost substantially.
