I would like to hear from our Bronze guys. I don't like gold watches, but the Bronzos always look so cool when they patina.
Have any of you disliked gold watches, but really like bronze? Or are they too similar?

Once it´s patinated You most probably will like it. And when asked You can always say: it´s not gold, it´s bronze...

cleaned bronze coin, looks like gold, the others are the exact same with some patina on them:)

I've had both -- it depends on your peculiarity on color. Gold mainly goes with brown, but can go well with black. My hunch is that if you don't like gold, bronze won't work for you for the same reasons -- but if you're willing to sacrifice your prior apprehensions, bronze may be a good segue into gold

go bronzo brother. I did and im loving it. eheee...plus, as bronze develop patina, you will never find another that will like yours sans the model of the watch.

I think it also depends on the watch. On some watches, it looks cheap. On others, it looks really classy.

Thanks for the comments! I think I'll do it. I can always sell it on the forum if I don't care for it.

I will place my bets that you end up not favoring bronze. However, I do greatly hope that you prove me wrong [emoji3]

The problem with gold is that it is ALWAYS shiny, unless you can find it or make it brushed. It's just too out there and in yer face!
