Identifying this Noob factory PAM 243

Hi all, I have found a TD that claims to still have the NOOB factory PAM 243 in stock. He sent me photos and told me that i could reconfirm with RWI if its from NOOB.
Anyone able to tell if its from NOOB? Thanks in advance!

This watch is a Noob
But the 30 marker on bezel is placed inverted

ONe tell between the "H" and Noob, is the round indices are filled with lume to the point of being very convex in the "H". to the point that in my eyes, it isn't very attractive. (Whether or not this overfilling of lume adds brightness, or long live, I have NO Idea.

The Noob, on the other hand, look very much like Gen Lume application.

Another difference, is the halo is a little more pronounced in the Noob date window, but the Noob over all, is in my mind, a better looking watch over all. Which of course, means absolutely nothing, outside my own split level head! ;-)
