Identifying PAM 622

Can anyone help to identify the factory of my 622. What would be a reasonable price for the watch head only? The watch was fully serviced and waterproofed in October 2020!

Indeed the only one factory at that time 2015 called KW , 47 mm 6154 steel case, small egiziano...that rep should be black flawless dial, sapphire with single side AR, strong lume , spring bars on lugs, and the factory rep strap a good quality 26/26 mm brown/sand stitching leather strap matching the numerals of the dial.

If you can get this, go for it, switch that rubber strap and keep it for ever.

Fortunately the minute hand is OK
There are many reps of this watch without double-pencil minute hand, even in catalogue !!
