Identify this cartier, gen or rep?

Is this Cartier gen or rep? We've had this one for at least 7-8 years now, it's been tossed around and beat up and needs repairs. I think the dial isn't centered anymore as well. Can anyone identify if this is a rep or not? I've never been sure.

Is the screw on the case back is fixed?, if it does then I'm guessing it would be a snap in case back.

Well first, the back screws are fake, which real would be actual screws and same for bezel as well.

There are a lot of tells on this watch.
