I think I've seen this PAM before (could I be wrong?)

Just stumbled upon this on Chicago area Craigslist and I think I've seen this dial here somewhere before:

It's a 6152 47mm sandwich dial with resin filled indices and numbers. Looks like a vintage lume applied after on the back. There are a number of members that make these dials, and or paint them. River has some for sale in his section. Hard to tell who's exactly it is. Don't think it is a south or night watch though...
