I really want to add a PAM to the collection

As per the title, I really want to add a PAM to the now growing collection.

As this will be the first PAM i am really unsure which to get. As its a first PAM buy i don't really want to go over $160ish which rules out 089E which is a stunning watch and im sure i will purchase if im happy with the shape and feel of the first PAM i get.

On that note i would love a couple of recommendations. I have seen this

is there that much of a quality difference if i was to just say to hell with it and get the noob v3, given im fairly new to this and have always had gens would i notice the extra quality the 100$ would bring
