I paid Lucy almoat 3 months ago and still nothing. She said she mailed out my watch in Mid Dec. Still nothing and she completely stopped responding.

after back to work from the CNY holiday,I was began to reply emails about a week already,
I had replied many emails already,but haven't finish all of them yet,I am still continue to replying all emails now,
but real accumulated too many emails on the holiday,so I hope I can finish all of them within this week,
I don't know whether I got your emails well,

firstly,please don't worry about your order,you mentioned that I said your watch was send out already,
so I think I should told you the tracking number already,if so,please tell me your tracking number,
I will track for you,and ask my post man about it for you,

secondly,please tell me your email address,I will check your emails and reply you via emails,then confirm the order for you,
you can tell me all these things via PM,so I can check for you at once today,
if you just mentioned I didn't reply you,or package didn't arrive in here,friend,I don't know which watch you ordered,
so I can't find your emails quickly,thank you,I will wait your PM,and reply you today,

thirdly,I have about 3~4 years didn't have any package seized or lost already,all packages I send out arrived safely in recent years,
only on Nov of last year,I send a package to Italy,my post man got news about the customs check packages strictly in that period of time,so need wait a few days to send packages out,but caused by the COVID-19,he can't stop the package already,so that one package seized,
except that package,I never have one package seized or lost in recent years,
so I think your package will arrive safely too,but sometime,caused by the Christmas and CNY holiday,the package will have delay indeed,

fourthly,when I joined in RWI,I have posted it already,if the package real seized or lost,after I confirmed it,
I will resend another new watch to my customer,but if the second new one seized or lost again,I won't refund and won't resend the third one out,
I did like that always in the last 10 years,to all my customers are the same,I did like that just want to make sure all my customers who ordered watches can get watches safely from me,so please don't worry,let me check and confirm for you first,thank you,

I send a big batch of packages to USA on the mid of Dec last year,usually,shipping takes about 15~18 days to arrive,
but all this batch of packages arrived USA about the end of Jan,all took about 30~40 days to arrive,

I send another big batch of packages to USA before the CNY holiday,send them out before Jan 14th,
almost all of them arrived a few days ago too,caused by the CNY holiday,so took about a month also,

so ok,friend,I am waiting your PM,then I will check for you.

Just got email back from Lucy. All is forgiven. But to all buyers, communicating with Lucy directly at the forum helps a lot. She responds here more than she responds to emails. Not ideal, but it is what it is.

just when you send me emails on Jan 19th,21th,31th,etc,I was on the CNY holiday then,my hometown is no network,so I can't work then,
so real sorry for didn't inform you about it before I left for the holiday,

in fact,for all packages,after I send them out,I always tracked them again and again after a few weeks,to confirm them all arrived,
so when I saw your location is Boston,then I know your email already,and I know your order already last night too,
for I only have one order which send to Boston before the CNY holiday,
I tracked it online,found the package arrived 10 days ago,I made a call to my post man directly then too,
he confirmed for me the package arrived also,so I was a little worried indeed,

thank you very much for send me an email to confirmed that you got the package finally,
yes,it's my fault,I should tell you the shipping method when I gave you the tracking number before the CNY holiday,
so you can find and get it when the package arrived,usually,I thought USPS will send the packages to my customers directly,
but didn't aware they just left it with the front desk this time,sorry for it,I can't control it,

hehe,friend,hope you like the watches after got them,you know,I did many work for you on them indeed,
rejected it for a small QC problem,then replaced another better one for you,

and friend,yes,I am one person work,so sometime,I reply emails are slower a little indeed,but I won't ignore my customers emails,
it's just the CNY holiday made the delay,so hope you can understand too,

now,I total back to work already,so I can reply you in time again from now.

Yes,friend,you are right,I can get your mean,to me,I can understand my customers also,

just this time,after I gave the tracking numbers to my customers before the CNY holiday,
then I back to my hometown for the holiday directly,so it's my fault,I should infrom my customers about the shipping method first,
but not just gave them the tracking numbers,and I should remind them maybe shipping will have a delay,because of the CNY holiday,

this time,main are packages to USA have the delay,now,all of them arrived about 7~10 days ago already,

so friend,I just tell my customers about the situation and all things I know about it honestly,

hehe,in fact,I feel strange also,because I have joined in RWI about 10 years already,
so far,never have one customer told me he paid to me,but he didn't get the watch,and I ignore his emails with no reason,
so I think must have some misunderstand about it,

I know my customers like my QC and test,but I am one person work,so sometime,I can't reply them in time indeed,it's my fault,
this year,I am going to find one to help me,so I can give my customers the same QC and test still,I can reply my customers better too,
it's my New Year's wish,

You do realise that no one in China has been replying to emails for the last month,yes? THIS IS NORMAL! It happens every year because China shuts down for CNY and then there is a mountain of emails (and for the Postoffce a mountain of shipping) to catch up with. Lucy is a small dealer, she is one person without a staff to back her up do it takes time to catch up. Lucy is a good, reliable dealer from whom we have zero real complaints, I can't remember the last Lucy HD ticket.
