I need your opinion about my transaction with brio.it

hi guys,

i bought a hulk vsf from brio.it
good communication, fast shipping but the watch runs about 7 mins late.
i told him and he says it ran well when he wore it the weekend before shipping. now he didn't answer for 5 days now.i don't think he's lying but i received a watch that's not working well...
i'm not an expert so i don't know if this is acceptable or what i do know. maybe that was too much vibration when it was shipped internationally?
but whose fault is it and how can i fix the watch? or where and how much will it cost?
