I had a 104 with a broken stem and an older 112 that had been fitted with the wrong crystal after the original was dropped... tried to take the movement with good stem out of the 112 and put it in the 104 case... ended up the stem wasn't long enough for the 104 case, then when I was moving it back I broke the good stem and hands from the 112 dial... so now I have 2 working movements without stems, one without hands, a bunch of spare parts.

My first venture into removing a movement was unsuccessful, I learned a bit and luckily didn't really lose anything since neither was wearable as it was.

Also I wasnt too worried since I'm waiting on a 104 i just bought m2m, and I cant wait to put a sweet SS band on it.

Wow.. That's too bad, sorry for your losses mate.

First of all, the stem from 112 definitely won't fit into 104 case because both using different movt.

Secondly, although you break your watch, but I can see you learn something, since both watches isn't wearable, why don't you try to dismantle it with a proper tools, see if you can learn more about the watches.

Once again sorry for your losses, and congrats on your new PAM 104.
