Hi,

I just registered.

I am upgrading from a 7 year old Timex to a replica Omega Planet Ocean. I just checked with the Post Office and the package is with the carrier to be delivered today. It is coming from Trusty Time which I understand has good quality replicas.

This is my first replica watch and that is the main reason that I registered here, to learn from those who have the knowledge and experience. I expect to order additional replica watches if the first one works out OK.

Question: I assume that the bracelet will be too large and I will need to have some links removed. Has anyone ever run into a problem when they took their watches into a commercial establishment? What I mean is did anyone say "Hey that's a counterfeit. I'm going to call the police and report you." I am curious about that.

Hi to everyone. I look forward to reading your posts.

Welcome :)

Most bands are just a small screwdriver away from an adgustment. Some need to push the pin out, not sure on your model. If you are uncomfortable, I am sure any watch kiosk in a mall can do it for you. I doubt they will be an Authorized Dealer

I Got The Band Made Smaller But . . .

. . . when I got home I noticed that the pin closest to the case was sticking out. After I removed my contacts and put on some reading glasses, I saw that the pin was actually a screw. I have a set of jewelers screwdrivers but the smallest one was just not quite small enough. I was able to run the screw down to the surface level but I need a smaller screwdriver because it appears that I need to turn that screw another half a turn or so below the surface. I'll have to look for another set of jewelers drivers with one that is a little smaller than my smallest one.

In any event, the Omega Planet Ocean from Andrew at Trusty Time looks very good. It works. I got the date set and the time set. I got the band adjusted so it fits. Next I shall have to see how many people I can convince that I have a real Omega.
