Dear forum members
I ordered and paid for a watch from Puretime 2 months ago. They couldn't deliver it because the factory no longer has it. Then I wanted another watch in return, as they offered me. Then I didn't hear from Puretime again and they haven't responded to my emails since. What else can I do to get a reply and not be ignored. I have bought a lot of watches from them and am a good customer.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I have tried all the email addresses.
Best regards
Dave

That certainly looks bad

Can you confirm the email you used for your order and communication?

I would think that you ordered from fake puretime but you are old member and you have bought again from them, so i guess not

Yes, I'm worried too.
I've bought 9 watches from them so far and everything has always gone very well.
Now I'd like to buy another watch for the money I paid in, but if I don't get an answer, that's obviously not possible.
And yes, I've been here on the forum for a long time, but I rarely write, but I read regularly.

LOL, you have been here what, a couple of hours and you are claiming one of the oldest and largest dealers in Repdom is no good?
Low quality? You do realise they are the same watches everyone sells, yes? Now, explain yourself.

I’m sure this will be resolved, I’ve personally had no issues with puretime and if I had to guess… this is a miscommunication or unfortunately lost in the shuffle. Puretime will see this and resolve, just have some patience 👍

These are correct emails. There shouldn't be any problems unless the email address you are using is rarely seen. Please PM me your order number and email address. I will have a check.

Why? Care to elaborate?
Why? because they dont reply to complains, They sell watches as Automatic self-winding while they are not etc etc etc
In the past I remember you could choose between ETA or Mijota, I still have one GMT from 2012 aprox and works perfect, better than actual copies. but like it happens in many sectors you get the fame and you relax.... I dont know if they are all made by the same factory or not...
In any case watched should be advertise as Manual winding not self winding so clients can decide properly.

But why do you conclude they shouldn't be a Trusted Dealer? Your opinion is literally one among several dozen similar annual opinions versus several 10k annual opposite opinions.

Why should we believe 40 or 50 unhappy people versus 30,000 absolutely happy customers?

Makes zero sense.

PS: I admit I pulled the 30k number out of my ass to make a point. But it will certainly be an actual number of happy customers in the low range thousands every year (at least), so the essence of my statement remains...

Why are the opinions of a few dozen morose people more important than the opinions of 2000 or 3000 absolutely happy, satisifed and psyched people? I simply don't get statements like "they shouldn't be a TD"...

I guarantee you not one of these TD's "relax". You clearly don't understand how this works. I would add, that every one of us that purchases an item from an TD already knows how the watch works. If you're ordering and Rolex President you know it is self winding. When you receive it, you must manually wind it and then wearing it takes over, All of my gen Rolexes work that way, and I would expect my reps to do the same. You are only here to "stir the pot", and if you want to mess with this crowd, you'll need a bigger spoon.

In his other thread he claims he's an old member and this is a new username. I don't know if that statement is accurate. Since he's now expanded his complaints beyond his own thread , I figured this particular statement should be brought to your attention .
