I hate when a new watch breaks

Just got my PO 2824 that I sold off some stuff to get and wouldn't you know the date will not turnover at 12. I assume I will need a new movement. I'm guess a $100 plus.

Will the date turn over at all? If so, that's a pretty simple fix.

Yeah. I hate that too. I got a really nice Longines Rep that had problem with the hour hand. It would not turn when it came to 1 o'clock position. It turned out that the hour wheel missing some teeth. Have some one check it for you before replacing the movement. It maybe an easy fix.
