Bought two straps off a member

First off is a TC - Toscano whiskey

Next is OF by Mario Paci

I always wanted to own a Mario Paci and also in general TC group as they were the official oem manufacture of Panerai straps pre vendome. I wanted to see what is the big deal about them, and today I ain't disappointed. Although pricey, their quality us second to non and the softness of the strap is for all to see!


Here it is mounted on a Pam 219.

Do you not find the Mario Paci a little thin or flimsy , i agree on the quality but when i had a couple on my panny's they just did not feel as bulky as i would of liked.
It was kind of like putting a rhino's head on a giraffe's neck.

I do like the 5mm thick straps when i first start out in the hobby, like the strap culture, kain heritage, but as my taste changes, i now prefer thinner straps. actually it is not that thin, around 4mm.
