Hi guys,

So couple of months ago I bought a replica for $215 and then there was a discussion about if it was the right one. So later I wanted a refund, and they said okay the money will be transfered back in about 20-40 days depending on banks. So now it's been more than 40 days already, and ofcourse they don't answer on e-mail and their website is down haha.

Do you guys have any idea of what I should do?

You have failed to mention if you bought that watch from a Trusted Dealer here OR, I hope not, a scamming site on the internet . Tell us more. Just the details sir ! Who, what, where and when.

Websites are taken down all the time. These people sell illigal products. I would say if it wasn't a TD here then you SOL. Take it as a lesson and move on. Same thing happened to me when I cost got into this game.

Credit card company with take the money from the company and put a hold on it. They ask both party's their side and they rule. I'd say 80% they side with the individual. Good luck.

First of all, give us more details.

"Protected how? The company can just lie about the refund" - If you are willing to give up without even trying to get your money back, why'd you even start this thread?

But this is generally what you should do when scammed:
Contact your credit card company or bank or whoever issued you the card. Tell them you didn't receive the goods you paid for, and that you have tried contacting the seller with no luck. Tell them you got scammed and you want your money back. They will then most likely give you the money.

^yes. You don't have to tell them what you bought. Just tell them you never received the product. They will immediately refund your money, contact the company and give them 45 days to show proof. If they don't show proof or respond, you get your money back and you move on. I believe you have 90 days to contest a purchase.
