I purchased a Clean Batman at the beginning of October last year from Puretime, and until now, no QC nothing. They told me they don't even know when they are going to get the watch from Clean. I see on Reddit that people are posting their Clean Batman QC pic almost every week. Are any of you experiencing the same wait time with Clean watches? It's been more than 5 months and I want to know if Puretime is holding my money hostage.

No, but listen! They are being scammed! The have been lurking for a long time but just now decided to share their opinion.
I've been lurking around the forum for a really long time. Before anyone say anything, below is my transaction with Puretime, dated Oct 5th, 2023. Yes, I've been waiting almost 6 months for my watch and until now have no idea when I'm going to receive it.

They ordered and received almost 3.5K In watches from PT and didn't leave any positive feedback on those orders but why do that.

There is nothing positive to review on those orders. On the first one, I didn't even receive my watch, and they refunded my money. On the second order, I only received one watch out of three that I purchased and they ended up refunding for the 2 other watches after like 4 months of waiting. I just don't want to bring that up on this post because it happened a long time ago.

If you were being scammed, you would not have gotten a refund. In fact, imagine if you used a non TD. Do you think you would have gotten your money refunded?
Again. File a help desk ticket and let the admins resolve this.

They told me that they don't know when they are going to receive the watch from Clean, which I find hard to believe because I see people posting new QC pic of their Clean Batman every week. So, that is the reason why I'm here to find the answer.
why keep using the same td when you obviously think their service isn’t upto your expectation?
Still should have left feedback about the first two orders anyway. So after the first two orders didn't work out very positive for you. why did you think it was a good idea to use PT for another order and not choose another TD. Something doesn't seem to be on the up and up here.

Yeah, that's on me. They are one of the biggest TDs out there, and I thought I was unlucky the first couple of times, but probably not anymore after this.
