Purchased from Andrew back in June and confirmed watch was in stock. He stated he "shipped" the watch back in first week of July and provided a tracking number. Its now been 2 months and the tracking shows no updates and no movement and after contacting Andrew, he states to just wait and be patient. He states that it takes time for these things to travel but it does not take 2 months for a tracking number to be updated or have movement. I am sure there is more going on that he is telling but luckily I paid with a credit card and not with other payments were there is no recourse. I have ordered 3 more watches from other TDs since them and all of them have arrived included the same one I ordered from Andrew at TrustyTime. I would not trust this dealer any longer personally as something is not right and I am not getting a clear story or communication from him.​

Despite this members experience, Andrew is a stand up guy and for good reason a Trusted dealer. buy with confidence. As far as op situation, unfortunately we are dealing with illegal counterfeit items, believe it or not it isn't always a smooth transaction due to courier/customs/or other human error. there have been cases that watches arrive when no movement was shown on tracking number.

There’s been problems in China I also bought stuff on the same dates and two months later I’m still waiting seems that one large port was closed and they’ve had problems to ship outside

Had the same experience once with a shipment from another TD. Tracking showed no update since 6 or 7 weeks. And then, surprise: Parcel has been delivered and tracking still did not show any update. 1 week later tracking has been updated and showed delivered to original receipient.

Andrew has been always extremely responsive to my emails to provide updates on the factories. Great experience so far for me despite the current situation in China. Hope that you’ll get your issue resolved buddy

OP you say you paid with credit card as if that's a big deal. Know that if you do a charge back (without Mod approval), you'll be rapidly banned from the forum and probably all others and likely end up on a list of people that all TDs won't deal with. So stop with the veiled threats and learn some patience.
