I can't get my watch for over a month now

My order id is 76202
I ordered AP Royal oak SS with delivery to Poland. I was offered route delivery via the Czech Republic. I received a tracking number and my parcel has been in the Czech Republic for 2 weeks. But I do not have a tracking code from the Czech Republic to Poland and Chazingtime does not answer any of my emails. I have no idea how to contact the seller and get my watch

Nothing to worry about for now, just give it some more time. Shipping takes time, that’s just how it is. Sometimes it takes 2 weeks, other times 2 months - it’s just the way it is.

If it doesn’t get stopped at customs, you’ll eventually receive your watch.

Delivery between Czech and Poland is 1-2 days. Not 1-2 month...

Yes, you are right, but my watch was delivered to the Czech Republic a long time ago. About two weeks have passed since then and I have not received any response. I wrote to all these emails:

Bothering them on three different email addresses won’t help. In fact, it might do the opposite. They’ll update you as soon as they have something new to share. Unfortunately, they don’t control the postal service.

All that Chasingtime knows is what you know: the watch is on its way, last tracking in Poland. What else do you want them to do? Start an investigation on why the package hasn't been scanned? Chasingtime is less than a handful people sitting in a small office in China dealing with lots of customers, most of them in Asia; they are not like Amazon.

I doubt that I ever will receive the watch from Chazingtime.
And yes, no answers from them on Emails. Except one: They wrote 'it is normal'

That’s two weeks, you ordered a fake watch in China not a Casio on Amazon.

And honestly,Amazon has its faults too like taking its sweet time to ship,inaccurate shipping,and of course,playing price games

I've had better service from TDs. If you think both are bad,you just can't win

I have already received 4 pieces out of 5 for 2 weeks ago and the only seller who simply ignores my questions and does not provide any information about the new tracking number from the Czech Republic to Poland is ChazingTime. I don't say anything from myself, this is just the actual experience I got

Guys, objectively, consider this.

Once the mail is sent, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING CHAZINGTIME CAN DO. Your package is in the global logistics chain, it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Do you want them to fly to the Czech Republic, then go to the mail center, and then break into the mail carrier room to demand for their package?

Ok, sending the many many emails, you complain about the poor communication, but what can they say? "Please wait." There is only so much they can say.

Yes, the Czech Republic to Poland is not far, but YOU DO not know what shipping carrier is being used. For all you know your package was neglected by the shipping carrier and sitting in a container somewhere, not yet unloaded...... I'm sure you will blame TD for this too.....

Let me tell you a story about a package I sent to one of my friends, within the US. It was a book. Should have only taken 2 days. It took 4 weeks. After following up many times, I was told the package fell off the conveyer chain, someone tossed it into a bin that was meant to put back into the shipping line, but they forgot, and it sat in the bin for almost 3 weeks......

Regarding the other "TD" and "non-TD", comparing TDs to each other for mail service is absolutely pointless, everyone use different shipping line, carrier, noone is the same as the other.

1 month is a little long, but it's triangular shipping, and it is not "uncommon". Furthermore, from what I know about triangular shipping (I'm not in EU), there is often very little tracking for this method. I recall some member waiting 2-3 month for triangular shipping.

I once waited 3 months for my package, suddenly it showed up.

You guys think that the tracking, there is someone manually scanning the package and updating progress. But let me tell you, it's all automatic scanning, sometimes the scanner doesn't even scan the package label correctly and misses tracking......

Sometimes there is human incompetence at the most local level, In May I ordered clasp spring bars and they got lost in my town’s post office this was the first time in 25 years of ordering goods online that this ever happened to me. There are just things that are out of control Imagine if I get my package a year or two from now. It’s possible

You've never done biz with any one international have you?
These are Chinese.... Chinese selling FAKES.... those 2 things you need to understand how they think.

Do they care about you? NO.
They only care about them. The only thing making them not run away with your money is THIS FORUM.
This forum generates a LOT of money for them and they can charge a higher price too.
They don't want to lose their golden goose.... all they care about is CASH.

They'll deliver for sure, but don't expect to be treated like a king after you give them money.
