Hi there,

New Rep Rolex buyer here... I was doing minimal research on some Rolex Replicas that looked nice, and I found the Clean Factory Rolex Explorer 36mm to be very attractive. I was trying to find a reputable source to buy one, and I have already purchased my Replica Rolex last night. However, I am worried that I chose a wrong website. I am seeing a lot of threads of people saying not to trust random websites, and to go to a dealer on this forum website to find the best authentic Replica Rolex.
After doing my research, a lot of people claim that Clean Factory makes the best reps. So I googled Clean Factory Replicas and I came accross this website.

Mod edit : link deleted

Is this the real website of Clean Factory's rolex's? I have already purchased the following Replica from this website, but after looking online today, I am extremely worried I am not getting an authentic Clean Factory replica...

Mod edit : link deleted

The link above is the replica I purchased through Paypal, keep in mind, this purchase costed me roughly $700. I contacted them on Whatsapp and Telegram after to learn more about the shipping process, and they said the following: (his telegram is JerryClean)
"Hello sir
Glad to hear you
This is Jerry from clean factory"

When I asked about the shipping process he said the following-
"After payment, your watch will be prepared with 7-14 days, during this moment,it will be inspected well for all the performances in our QC Lab,which has strict standards and professional procedures,to ensure its flawless.
Before we ship it,we will take pictures and videos of your watch for you.
The package will take 2-3 days to transit in HONG KONG,then deliver to your address, usually take 9 days."

I just need advice from others on if I am getting scammed. Should I chargeback if so? Where do I buy an authentic 1:1 Replica Rolex Explorer 36mm anyways? Does Cleanfactory even have a website? If so, what is it?

PLEASE HELP ME :(

Ok where do we start...

1rst : have a look in New Members section of RWI for a warm welcome and basics of the forum :

2nd : Factories such as Clean don't have retail webstores to sell their productions. You have to go through Trusted Dealers to buy in safe condition :

3rd : the website you bought from is probably scam, plain and simple. The price paid is way over usual standards, and at best you may have an answer from them, or even get a watch, but no guarantee for both.

All you can do is hold fast, expect something's gonna come out of this, and refer to RWI Trusted Dealers list next time.

I have to remove your links in order to keep our members safe.

Welcome in the wonderful world of replicas 🙂

@mrsullivan took most of the words out of my mouth.

They're overcharging you for a watch so maybe that means they intend to ship you something?? No idea. Stick to the trusted dealers on this website and you will always know you're being charged a somewhat fair price and know something will land at your door after x amount of time.

If your watch arrives, great! If not, just take it as a lesson and use this forum to hopefully learn and buy some awesome watches!

not the first and sadly not the last. i also made same mistake of googling, however the prices were enough of a flag for me, mainly due to watching a you tube of a guy haggling in turkey saying would not pay more than $500 for a 'superclone' so seeing similar prices to OP on clean factory website I moved on. next speedbump was contacting a guy on insta, I was asking questions back and forth, when i asked about customs issues he replied 'we pay them off' was all i needed to read to run away. then i found this place.

I am sorry @Johnhepworth

I can only confirm what the others are saying.
If you have someone impersonating as Clean, then it’s 100% a scam

Now, it does not mean that you will lose everything. It can be that you will get a watch, it might even be a Clean Factory produced watch…

But at the very least, you will have overpaid 50-100% too much.

Quick search on Reddit shows 1 guy posting a QC. But 1 post user…

Same on TrustPilot. Raving reviews by one post users…

$700 for a life lesson.

Thank you for explaining this to me. I am going to chargeback the $800 charge I got from that website.
Instead I am looking at these two options who were given to me from a TD on this forum.
And
Which one of these is the best options? I am willing to spend $500, but i want to know if I should get the VSF replica or the Clean factory replica. For this specific watch, Rolex Oyster 36mm, which replica is the most accurate, the Cleanfactory, or the VSF. Or is it all preference?

Buy the CF 36mm from CTime.
I have the CF 39mm and it’s superb.

Best of luck buddy.

As we spoke in the PM, just get the 36mm clean. Whether you buy from puretime I linked you or ctime, doesn't matter

Hope you get your chargeback and wear this piece soon

Clean factory makes a phenomenal Explorer and gets my vote. Here is mine, albeit a 39mm option. I really don't think you can go wrong and ctime is a great resource!

That said, since you mentioned charge backs, I must say in a purely cautionary fashion: the rep world nor anyone on this forum will remain friendly to you if you participate in such a practice here, either through a member-to-member sale or through an approved Trusted Dealer.
You are in a friendly place here. Everyone associated with RWI will work through issues with you so please accept a friendly reminder to keep that in mind.
Welcome to RWI.

MF'r, I did the same thing!!! It's so hard to get a straight answer even when you try to do your own research. I guess Im out the money. From now on, TD's only!!! I tried to do my own research and found this..."Jerry from Clean Factory has received numerous positive reviews for his exceptional customer service and professionalism." So I guess that was a scam???
So far the guy has been solid. However, it has taken a very long time but he sent me pics, now I have been waiting for the tracking number but it has taken a long time. I hope I didn't get screwed. Again.

Hope the chargeback works for you. If not, give it 3 weeks and if there's still no watch, then you have been scammed.

The first replica watch I bought online was on a non TD site at least 15 years ago. Can't remember what the site was called. But the watch showed up and I was happy. Then when I wanted to buy more, I found RWI and realized how fortunate I'd been. And since then I've bought half a dozen+ watches from a few different TDs here (trying to spread the money around to keep people in business is my motto) and have NEVER had an issue.

This is usually how most members from RWI started out.

TD = trusted dealer. This means they've gone through a vetting process and are listed along with the other dealers on this website. This is not a trusted dealer that we are talking about in this thread

Hi John
Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately you will read your story quite often from new members on here. I am sure the situation will resolve its self one way or the other. Look at the experience as an investment that caused you to find this forum. I have recently joined and have found the best way to learn is read a lot of posts. If I was making your choice I would choose to go with Clean factory, but that is my personal preference , there are numerous posts on Clean v VSF. VSF make some fantastic reps, you need to read explore and make your mind up which factory is your preference for each watch you buy.
Wishing you all the best with your hobby.

First, welcome, and glad you found your way here before worse could happen again.

Always best to remember, what the internet shows you or tells you that you’re going to get, and then you actually getting it, becoming the default way of doing business, is only a relatively recent thing.

We all sometimes need to take that extra moment or several to ask ourselves what those pictures on that website we found because someone of potentially questionable intent paid Google or another search engine to show it to us earlier in the search results, actually means.

Paying Google for search result placement doesn’t render your business legitimate on the internet.

It’s been an awfully long time since I myself flung paper money orders by post across the world to buy goods of questionable character from characters of even more questionable character as a teenager, back around the turn of the millennium.

We trust too much by default at times.

There is no certification body out there who the maker of a rep watch gets a certificate from, because of the nature of the product. You are asking for proof of something which is very hard indeed to prove.

If a group can put together a very good approximation of a watch worth thousands, chances are they can probably also put together a good approximation of any means of authenticating it, too. So a rotating monthly case back sticker used, for example, by the real Clean Factory organisation, only achieves so much. I’ve seen situations of multi layered security credentials which a government agency has spent a lot of money rendering secure - more so than say a drivers licence - defeated by a home hobbyist.

Only by consensus - which this forum provides via the long term and reliable Trusted Dealers - can anyone have a good certainty of getting what they paid for. Outside this framework, you are taking your chances.

All the best, and read, read, and read some more.
