Just feel I must say what a great service Riccardo provides. I received my NEW SB II and the chrono seconds kept sticking as it went round, contacted Riccardo, sent him video clip, he diagnosed the issue and recommended a service as well (it is a 7750 movement after all!), sent him the watch, in just a few days he started working on it, kept me informed of progress, sent me pics and video of it working once completed then returned the watch to me which I am pleased to say is now back on my wrist, and ready for a swim too. If you own a rep, you need to know about this guy. Highly recommended.
