Hublot big bang unico yellow magic ZF OR BBF

hey all!
so i’m thinking of dabbling into a fun rep of a yellow magic big bang unico.

i am just curious to know if the yellow magic by zf or bbf are the same thing?
i heard somewhere they’re the same.
if not i’d love some light shed on if it’s a good model to pick up or even better which one you hublot professionals would recommend!
or should i go for the blue magic ceramic?
