Hublot Big bang - is it normal ?

I just got the hublot Big bang steel ceramic 41mm. Everything is good except the below two things ;

1. I see a rainbow affect on the numerals under light ( attached picture)
2. Top ceramic ring is not glossy but more like matt finish unlike the videos on YouTube.

I am wondering if these 2 things are normal ? Appreciate your help. Thank you

700 Euro is freaking expensive... a good BB for your model is supposedly around USD 400.
