there were some thought on how to push the crown away, someone said crown grinding, someone gasket (just got a few for my pams)someone cg work
well guess what it takes all of it

well while i do those parts i fill the lever with glue too

still this is easier
now the hard part switching the movement, well for some of u think is not hard just simple movement swap, well thats wjhat i thought (like working on the old 111h, and new 111j) guess what is not so simple as this things are not made like 111's

some will come with dial glued one the movement, some will come dial atached with dial legs with screws one the sie of the movement, some with screws on the movement where screws are broken,
those are just the cases i have seen so far with dial.

second issue especially if u dont have extra parts
once u uninstall the hands
good luck installing them back, because they will most likely be loose at the post.

well it takes a lot of work, maybe a few times going back to it, and etc etc
and yes i made a mistake on offering it so low, probably i even lost money on those when i calculate everything but life goes on

anyway after everything is done it comes out beautifull i would say
take a look and have your thought on it

These are excellent mods!
Just the flaws that these H-factory panerais need.
Movement and crown spacing.

I have both Seads 177L and 005K.
Both worth their price with these mods!

Excellent work Sead.
