..those pics does not look too sharp, but I would imagine the croc strap to be nice.

did you also know that https://www.thorntonwatch.com/

..carries very affordable croc straps too? (around 50 bucks)

However, they only come in 24/22 like the gen PAM crocs

watchlover, thank you for the info!

By the way, Is it worth extra $$$ to go for a real croc?

it's all subjective as almost everything else ;)

In my opinion, it's worth the extra premium!

The embossed calf is sort of a 'rep-croc' strap, and the GEN is the real croc strap :D

Don't forget BOB's straps. :D

The link I posted is the Bob's....

Shame on you Road_rash!!  LOL!

As I suggested in your other thread, why don't you try on a croc-strap GEN Cartier or PAM in your local AD

..just to see if you like? It won't hurt, and you'll 'feel' it in person :D

I have already tried on a gen croc at Panerai AD...
Yes, they were nice and soft (a bit stiff), but very expensive feel..

But their croc straps are like $$$$$$...

You know... I am looking at $50 ones...

Ha Ha  :!: In that case it is a supercalifredjulisticexpealidocious (sp?) strap as I own several and they are quite cozy on the wrist :D :)

I think so. Fake croc looks like real crap. Can't go wrong with nice croc and then when you get a gen - slap it on there!
