Just received my XF 15202 v2 and I wanted to silence the rotor. I went to a local watchsmith I personally know.
He removed all the case back screws to open the case back.
Then he tried to unscrew the tiny screw (red marked arrow) but it won't come out ... maybe glued ?
He stopped at this point and put it all back together.

How do you remove this tiny screw or let's say the rotor of the xf 15202 ?
Do you remove the other screws too (green marked arrow) ?

Thanks

Get some Molykote DX (https://www.esslinger.com/molykote-dx-paste-grease-watch-lubricant-select-size/). Take a toothpick and snap it in half to “splinter it” and make a very fine tip. Dip the tip in the molykote and dap VERY small amounts in the bearings... From the looks of it you can reach them without removing the rotor. Spin the rotor to let the molykote spread out. Repeat if necessary. I’ve done this on several rotors and it’s done a wonderful job.

Seiko actually used to suggest using the the silicon grease from the o ring lube to grease their rotor bearings

I typically wear headphones and turn the volume up and 98% of the noise usually goes away bro. :hehehe:

... 6 months later I wanted to adjust the time/date and the crown & stem came out. I went to my watchsmith and I'm happy that he fixed it.
When he was fixing the issue I took photos on how he removed the rotor. He basically removed the glued fake plate with tweezers.
Be carefull when you try to remove the fake plate because the tiny fake screw (red arrow) could come off.
After that he unscrewed the 3 screws to remove the rotor.

Turn around the rotor to have access to the bearings (green arrows) - see the picture below.
