How to set chrono dials

Can anyone give advice on how to fine adjust chrono dial pointers as my pointers are slightly off the markers.

It's a quartz movement

You just have to open a watch, take the movement out, take off the seconds hand and put it back to correct position. Just kidding... It's easy on quartz movement. Just pull out the crown to time setting position and push button to start the chrono as many times as you need to get it alligned correctly (one push = one second). Hopefully it's what you need.

Tried that but it's still of by maybe quarter of a second. It's the sub dials when at zero are off line

Do you have a picture of it? Quarter of second wouldn't bother me too much, especially if it's not that expensive watch. Otherwise, maybe it's really necessary to reset the seconds hand. Shouldn't be hard to do it yourself if you have few tools.
