Why are you going to remove that link? Is it for shorting the bracelet? If so, remove a link from the other side of the clasp.

What bobandshawn said. Needle nose pliers can be used to carefully pull it apart.

You need to cut/grind the head off it - A Dremel will do it. You will need a new, pin to replace it, bobandshawn has given you a link.

You can also use the "Y" spring bar tool just like pry bar. Make sure you use tape or spacer to avoid scratches.
