There are a frw screws that hold the movement down, you need to remove them and the movement will drop and then use some air duster

Remove the stem/crown... remove the movement holder... remove the movement/dial in one unit... remove debris a hand squeezed "bulb" type blower works wonders... reassemble carefully to keep new debris from being trapped... viola.

The debrie can cause the watch movement to stop as in my case. After I cleaned the watch by the bulb method it has been working fine.
