How to remove crown/stem from ETA2836??

Hello,

I have a new Ingenieur with a ETA 2836 movement. But there is some dirt under the glas and i want to remove it.

The caseback didn't sit thight so I could remove it just with my hands. But how can I remove the crown so I could remove the whole movement and dial to clean it?

Maybe somebody would help me and post some pictures?
