How to remove bracelet of Calibre de Cartier

Wanted to remove the bracelet off my Calibre de Cartier to replace with rubber strap, but somehow just can't take the pins off after removing the screws on the sides. Would somebody kindly advise to this?

If it's the same as mine, the screws on the outside of the lugs do nothing, you just need a regular spring bar remover tool and get to them from the inside of the lugs

Nah, it doesn't have lug holes like the santos.
