I'm trying to switch out my Tudor BB (V3)'s bracelet for the strap, but I can't for the life of me seem to get the endlinks out. I can push out the springbars with my Burgeon 6767 but they just snap back in, I try applying pressure from the dial side of the watch towards the back but they don't seem to budge. Anyone have any advice?

I did it with a paperclip, worked like a charm, unlike my springbar tool!

The Black Bay is the hardest braceket I have ever removed. Even my local watch shop were unable to do it. Eventually I bought two micro fork bracelet tools and set it on a soft surface, while two people pushed the bards in and a third slowly withdrew the watch. Not doing it again, back in bracelet now! It is much easier with the right tool, must have a teeny tiny forked end, not the regular one.

I change between the bracelet, leather and fabric strap all the time not a problem at all. I have the V1 so it may be a bit different.

Ok I have genuine spring bars from the fabric strap that I use for all bands maybe they making it easier. I use a old watchmaking screwdriver that I only use for springbars works well.

I eventually got them out by applying a lot of force. Definitely the hardest bracelet to remove I've encountered.

Got the V1, and it swapped out easy peasy.

I got the v1 and never did manage to get them out and I swap out bracelet all the time form Omega to PAM to Breitling and this is the by far the hardest. It probably varies from watch to watch as others here are finding it easy for them.

The trick is to push both ends of the spring bar simultaneous while removing the bracelet end. Not an easy job. A special tongs would help.

it's easy if you know how.

Push one side in while pushing the end to the outside of the lugs then that side of the springbar will stay "stuck" there. if you use the same method on the other end of the springbar, it will just pops out

On my V1 its like every other watch and comes out easily, on the v2 from my friend, i never manage to remove it even with 4 hands.

It was tricky for me at first but after several attempts I finally got it out.
I gave up on my spring bar tool and use a paper clip along with a needle. Be careful not to prick yourself!
Have a firm grip and make sure both springs are pushed in.
