How to raise a helpdesk ticket on new forum??

made a purchase recently which has gone south, can anyone advise how i raise a ticket for the mods to step in please? Struggling to find the new process since we went back live?!

I'd just PM a mod if I were you - there doesn't seem to be a Helpdesk.
