Hi everyone.

So i am working on my Raffles 1675 Project and again have overdone the chamfers/made them too round for my taste.
I have tried about everything i could get my hand on to try and get sharp chamfers like on a NOS Rolex but nothing really gives me the desired results.

So anyone knows how to make that happen? and i really mean sharp NOS chamfers. As good as possible...

Thanks too all for helpful input!

thanks for the reply and the interesting article.
I am aware of the fact that lapping is the best way to go.
Since i am a mere mortal and do not have access to it, i am trying to find the best alternative:)

Check the AP-section. If i remember correctly, a well known member made a thread where he describes his process without powertools using different grid bergeon sanding sticks and polishing compounds for Offshore cases.
