He doesn't reply to emails nor WhatsApp. Has my watch since July last year. Still waiting for a reply.
He had/has some issues with fulfilling his duties as a Service and Parts Provider here. If I recall correctly, @P..DR..D was one of the Moderators involved in the situation. You may try reaching out to him and/or filing a Helpdesk Ticket.

Hi,
I sent him my rep.daytona like 2 months a go for water testing and to fix the chronograph, the second hand was running laggy and unsmoothly. I got it back after a week and everything was fine but the chronograph got stuck after some minutes. Sent it back like 1.5 months ago and I havent heard from him since. I have sent him like 30 emails and even sent a message to his fb page. I don't mind the delay but I mind the not knowing what the hell is going on.

What is going on is that he scammed you and you have low chance to get your stuff back
