How to make sure its a 111M?

Hi everyone, just ordered a PAM111 M which will be my first PAM
But seeing how some buyers are sent the wrong version of watches, what or how do I make sure that the QC sent to me are that of a M version?

Need PAM geeks to enlighten

The serial on the back of the watch should read MXXXX/YYYY where M is the product range, XXXX is the serial number and YYYY is how many were produced.

you might end up with a 111N now though which is the exact same watch just a 2011 year model.

Read a few posts on people receiving the J instead.

That's interesting, wonder why would they want to call it N when its the exact same watch? M is 2010 model?

Just an updated caseback to reflect the newest model really. Not really any other motivation.

edit: oh the caseback letter changes per year. So M is 2010, N is 2011.

They should have save the N naming for the next improved version :lol:

The major difference between the J and the M/N is that the M/N versions will have an engraved OFFICINE PANERAI filled in with Ink, on the back bridge of the movement.

The J version will just have a printed OP with no engraving.

M and N from Noob are the same !!
In the last 2011 productions they have put the N.
The watch M and N are the same no problems.

J version is not the last models from Noob. J must be rejected
