How to Fix sunken date on speedy

Have any one fixed the sunken date wheel on a speedmaster ? I recently got one and I was curious how hard It would be

There's a few threads discussing this. I don't know which model you have specifically, but I know there is a process with some 7750 based replicas where they make the 6:00 subdial non-functional in order to bring the date wheel closer to the dial.
