I'm considering one of the $220 Tudor Snowflake vintage reps which most of the TDs have

Does anyone have any experience with making them look more legit in terms of their age? Any advice?

Hahaha!

There where some.tutorials on YouTube regarding aging effects.

By using coffee for the dial or baking soda on the bezel insert. Which leads in both terms do a change in looks. However the case won't be a problem since you get a lot of scratches in their if you wear it on a daily basis.

More over a vintage watch also can be bought with a " new" look. A lot of gen vintage models for example Rolex can be send for a revision. They polish the case change dials etc. So you get your old watch looking like new. That's too "looking their age"

I have had good luck with baking the dial in the oven until the white faded, not saying I'd do this on a watch a cared about. I tried baking the hands but I couldn't get it right. I have relumed the hands with a cream color lume.
