This little video will help you.
Thanks mate!
But I assume Rolex is wiser to make it removable and reusable again?
I don't want to destroy the clasp with the cutting machine :)

I found the inner clasp disassembled photo but still can't understand how to remove crown clasp part

Remove the pin tube carefully to release the flip lock. If you look at 3:30 of the video it shows you how to replace the pin. You will not destroy the flip lock if you are careful and you will be good to go again.
Watch the video again and ignore the replacing the whole clasp part. Your only concern is the first minute and a bit and them from 3:30 - 4:30.

If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, take the bracelet off and take it to a watchsmith. Shouldn't cost you more then a few dollars.

@unlimited_one I know its been a while but i'm trying to do the same thing right now and i cant seem to figure out where to put the springbar tool to get the fliplock out. There does not seem to be a space large enough for me to fit the tool. Can you help out here? thanks.

I was thinking of maybe ordering a fliplocked clasp from Ali and hopefully being able to use the bar from it on my clasp but I sure could use a video showing just how to do it….
