Hi guys,

I have a DLC finished 005 that I would like to try to age. I read somewhere that one has to cape cod the watch and then "wet sand".

Can anyone chime in and tell me if this is the way to do it?

Can anyone who has done this provide more details as to how to go about it...without ruining the watch!

Thanks in advance...

If it is genuine DLC and not just another sort of PVD then you will have a reaaaaally hard time getting it done (properly, that is) because just scratching the DLC is very difficult. If you must, then use siliconcarbide or diamond.

But I would stay clear.

Yes, carefully you can try with CapeCod or another metal polish
