5 Pannies and I'd guess 18-19 straps. I'm on the road at the moment, so I can't get an actual count. I'm going to "thin the herd" soon, no sense keeping straps that I'm not gonna wear anytime soon in the ol' watch box.

Plus I need to fund the purchase of one of those new, super-thick GeF straps and a GeF Cordovan. :wink:

MPs and GeF are the way to go.

A BUNCH of Toscanas, TC Dirks, an OF, a Maestro, etc from E.
1 decent rep strap (if you can call it a rep strap) from Davidsen. He actually sends 'keepers'.

On the way is:
1 GeF
1 MP (or possibly another GeF)

So within a week or so I'll be at two PAMs and 18 or 19 straps.....

im so crazy , im making my own they will not be as thick as e"s but i like a little thinner [ abut 1.6 mm thk [some thicker, some thinner ] but butter soft i have 5 kinds of leather so far, [1 the distressed 1 is thicker] top of the line , butter soft and durable [more on duurable latter
they will be stichless and partially stiched and full stiched

Here's a plug for Greg Stevens straps. Love his stuff! I have a Crazy Horse and a Historic Brown that I had him distress for me. Great stuff. His straps are pretty popular on the paneristi site and there is a link there to his blog. He is currently on a strap making hiatus but his stuff is definitely worth the wait.

Well watchdude has set the bar so far. I thought I was bad glad to hear I'm not the only one. 3 pams and about 9 or 10 straps . I guess I owe it all to the Big Balls specials. Gotta love em. Waiting for the strap case E is sending with the last special, it should be nice.

Wow, I always knew I'd be famous - but never knew this was gonna be the reason.....

Y'all will be happy to know, my 16:1 (strap to PAM) ratio has now been CUT IN HALF!!!

I'm sitting at 8.5:1 now as I took delivery of another PAM and one more strap. I've got two on the way, so I'm edging back up to double digit strap to PAM ratio.
