how solid is the rotating bezel on pam 243m v2??

hi ya'all, just a quckie before i really purchase this beast. can anyone tell me honestly how solid (during turning) on the rotating bezel for PAM 243 M v2 noob??? does it feel cheap (loose) when one were to turn it?? thanks for reading

Mine is tight. Sometimes difficult to rotate smoothly. Not sure if this is better than being loose.
