How long for payment confirmation?

Hi all, I just placed my first order with Puretime a few days ago, and am curious if it’s normal to go 2 full days after sending payment to receive confirmation?

I paid via BTC to the address that was sent via email invoice, but never heard anything, even after following up yesterday.

Is this normal?

Did you use puretime site from the forum ? If you google it there are many scam sites outside.
