How many times does a PAM111 Noob V3 take to wind fully and how long does it last on a full wind?

its been awhile since i've had a manual pam but:-

full manual wind is roughly 45-55rounds or just wind till u feel tension.
power reserve from full wind should last u about 40-60 hours, depending on how gd e mvmt is.
