How long does shipping typically take?

Li has been fantastic to respond and get me the QC pics from the time I ordered. Issue I am facing right now is the dhl tracking number says Shipping information received and has been stuck there for a week. Is this normal?

Now this is the stage where patience is required. Sometimes it can be a few weeks before you receive the watch.

Thanks. I thought once it hits Shipping Information Received the courier picks up the piece and ships it. There must be some intermediate step I am missing?

Don’t stress man, sometimes it just isn’t input into their system. I’ve had parts coming from another country before and it said that up until the day it arrived, then every step of its journey was updated and it said delivered lol.

Usually once I already “okay’d” the QC pics, it takes long to go out the TD’s door than it does to receive the actual package. That is, I’ll approve the QC images and it stakes dealers 4-5 days to get it out the door. But once it’s shipped, it gets here in 3 to 4 days.

How are you making out? Is your watch finally on it’s way? Did you order a strap?

I ordered a pam904 from puretime that took forever to get QC pics for but then shipped in a day. I ordered an Omega from Li and the QC pics came in a couple of days but now shipping has been stuck for a week.
