How long does it take for Factories to restock?

This is a very general question and may vary significantly from case to case, but curious how long do you guys had to wait for a model you wanted (but was out of stock) to be restocked? I want to get the Explorer I noob but it's out of stock, and wonder how long should wait before re-checking with my TD.

Yes, thats a super rep definitely. Just a bit hesitant on the price and SH movement (call me lazy but I don't feel like servicing a newly received watch ... Noob has a reliable movement..
