How is this EBay seller not banned?

This eBay seller has every type of " homage " watch you can think of, All studded in diamonds. Their Rolex knock offs ( they never use the brand name anywhere ) look pretty good. Even the "H" second hand, the numbers, and the strap all look like Hublot.

Not sure what you mean by why aren't they banned? They aren't doing anything illegal. Homage watches are legal to sell. There's no brand names like Rolex or AP on anything. They do have some accessories that are genuine articles. but those watches are perfectly legal to sell.

I wasn't really being literal. Obviously they"re doing something right, they've sold over 10,000 items and have a 99+% rating. The Royal Oak octagon bezel is trademarked. AP has won lawsuits involving different companies using the bezel design, ( http://ficcicascade.com/news-details.php?newsid=69 ) including SWI ( Swiss Watch International ) Trimix watches ( won $9.8 million from SWI ) , Tommy Hilfiger lost, Michael Kors took their watches that had the Octagon bezel off the market before they got sued. I think some of their stuff looks good, specifically the Hublot rip that I put the link in the original post for. They walk the fine line of replica though, the "H" symbol for Hublot is being used, that's not an homage watch, that's a riplica, -

Too small? That seller is HUGE. That store ( just the one they have on eBay ) sells thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars a day of fake, man made jewelry. They have some stuff that's real, but I can't lie, I wish I was raking in the $ their eBay store is.
