How good are rep Pam leather straps ?

Genreally, the straps that come with the watches are not very good. They are better than they were a couple of years ago, though.

What you will need is a good handmade strap from one of the quality strapmakers we have here at RWI.

The one that old toro's begginer had was pretty descent, I still use it. Other than that they are garbage in my experience, unless the strap is rubber.

They're pretty bad JP. Worse than the AP's.

They are so-so, but you would be better served with an upgraded strap. Personally, I consider the investment worth it.

I'll agree on the Ferretti. I like the Noob rubber on my zero for simplicity and to be honest the rep Asso I have on my 390 is not that bad for $30. On the other hand, depending on your watch (model, modded?) invest on a nice Gunny, Dirk, Orloff, CB straps, etc.. it will add to the looks of your watch.
