Hope you experts can help. Got 183 from my brother. How do wind this watch? Today, took it out for the 1st time. I set the time and wore. After about 60 min, the watch just die. Reset the time. Place it on my winder. Again, after 60 min, no heart beat. Please help.

It had been a looong time since I'd owned a manual wind, so I 'fess that I experienced some nervousness when I wound my 1st PAM: would I break it, how much power was enough? etc.
