Now I'm sitting in my office trying to mount the chair. I'm gonna need a chair with a lower backrest

That's funny. 
Jonathan Frakes is a really tall dude. He's 6' 4" so most of us could never do that with a chair like he can. He's also really cool. A buddy of mine who is a huge STNG fan met him at a hotel industry conference once. He said he was very down to Earth and generally interested in making conversation. I think he was keynoting or at least speaking or something along those lines. It was years ago...

Well I tried this at work and since I have a high back chair, I spent the next 4 minutes on the floor in a fetal position holding my balls.
