How Do You Remove the 42mm Calibre de Cartier Bezel????

I'm working on this Cartier rep for the first time and I need to remove the bezel and crystal but am not sure how.

SOLVED! Finally sat down and started taking the watch apart. The case back needs to be removed (8 screws) to access four screws in the lug corners which hold the bezel in place. Once those screws are removed, the bezel (with crystal) comes out without resistance. Now it's off to be replated as soon as I find someone hopefully in Southern Cal.
